Hydraulically bound aggregate layer design build up diagram

350mm soil enhancement with SUREGROUND™ binder surfaced with 100-150mm Type 1 stone. The stone is then bound with further SUREGROUND™ binder and additional plant is employed to create an extremely robust surface. Suitable for projects up to and exceeding two years.

The stone is mixed with SUREGROUNDTM binder and compacted.

Additional finishing processes are undertaken with specialist plant to achieve a lean and robust finish.

The Surface Armouring can be decommissioned and recycled as per the standard method. A crushing process is employed prior to stone donation to achieve the correct grade of material for the recipient.
